Bridget is a featured executive performance coach for Team Performance Institute. She is a veteran of the U.S. Navy where she served as a Basic Dive Officer (Navy Deep Sea Diver), Surface Warfare Officer and Steam Engineer. During her prestigious naval career, Bridget represented the United States in the Military Olympics, winning two individual gold medals. She led her team to three world championships in Croatia, Sweden and Turkey. For her exemplary performance, Bridget was named the Navy Female Athlete of the Year.

Bridget is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy where she earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Honors English. Bridget is a member of the U.S. Naval Academy Athletic Hall of Fame for her successes in her collegiate swimming career.

Upon graduation, Bridget was one of two women and nine men selected for Diving and Salvage Officer training. Bridget served aboard the USS Duluth, leading multiple divisions and commanding and controlling all aspects of her deployed ship as an Officer of the Deck. The Duluth provided critical security and direct support operations when the USS Cole was attacked in Yemen. Bridget also served at Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Training and Evaluation Unit One, supporting the preparation of EOD small units prior to their overseas deployments.

Bridget’s coaching methodology combines the leadership lessons of military service with her elite athletic experience to help her TPI clients enhance their peak performance. Bridget is a successful entrepreneur and community leader with coaching experience across multiple industries.

Bridget coaches for the COMMIT Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to changing the way veterans and
Americans think about military transition. She also serves as a mentor for the Naval Academy Women’s Network, an organization dedicated to supporting female midshipmen in their professional and personal development.
