Pat calls upon his 23 years of sales experience—including time spent as a successful individual contributor and leader of high performing teams—to inform the daily decisions he makes as vice president of sales for Team Performance Institute.
The majority of Pat’s career has been in the Information Technology space where agility and pace are key factors in achieving success.
Pat previously worked at RoundTower Technologies (now Ahead) where he began his tenure as account executive, later moving on to district manager of Ohio Valley and district manager of Cincinnati/Dayton, before moving into his last role with the company as divisional vice president of sales, territory.
During his time at RoundTower, not only was he recognized as district manager of the year in 2016 and 2017, he helped grow the company from four employees in a shared office space in 2008 to over 430 employees and revenues of $550 Million in 2020. During his tenure at RoundTower, Pat was instrumental in launching new territories, building and leading sales teams, as well as driving the company’s overall growth.
With Pat’s communications and sales experience, he was successfully able to open high-profile client accounts with RoundTower like Kettering Health Network, Paycor, University of Cincinnati, Great American Insurance, Caresource, AAA Allied Group, Total Quality Logistics, and Wright State University.
Pat was instrumental in leading many other accounts for RoundTower, including NCR, First Financial Bank, Midmark, Cintas, Ivy Tech University, City of Indianapolis, Paycor, and Messer Construction.
Prior to joining RoundTower, Pat worked for EMC as a commercial account executive where he established a solid foundation of team-building, leadership, communications, and peak performance skills.
Passionate about learning and growing, Pat loves to share what he learns with clients, colleagues, friends and family. Pat is a graduate of Miami University with a B.S. in marketing. He enjoys reading, running, and hiking. Pat lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife, Carrie, and their four children: Jake, Hayden, Libby and Molly.
