Firm launched by former Navy SEAL expands team by nearly 300% further entrenches with Fortune 500 companies, announces plans for new offerings

Cincinnati, OH – November 27, 2018 — As Team Performance Institute (TPI) marks two years of life-changing moments, founder and CEO Jon Sanchez shows no signs of slowing down. The Navy SEAL turned leadership development coach had a vision in 2016 of a venture where he could capitalize on his military experience and expand on it to help companies improve the performance of their leaders and staff. Now with dozens of clients on his roster, including Fortune 500 companies such as Dell EMC (NYSE: DVMT), Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) and Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG) Jon has expanded his team to include eight additional dynamic motivational speakers and executive coaches.

“TPI started with a simple idea just two short years ago — to help people reach their full potential. It’s become that and so much more. We are a global operation now serving nationally and internationally recognizable brands and their C-suite executives from all over the world,” said TPI CEO Jon Sanchez, who spent 15 years in sales and executive leadership roles, most recently as senior vice president at PNC Bank. “TPI’s success is largely due to a team of incredibly capable, and frankly badass, executive coaches who have joined me.”

Team Performance Institute provides modern leadership and team development programs for companies of all sizes. Engagements include Executive Coaching designed to help high performing leaders reach their full personal and professional potential, Performance Workshops focused on team building, and Keynote Speaking designed to energize organizations around topics such as leadership, teamwork, innovation, overcoming adversity, and the power of service.

“Having had the privilege of experiencing the TPI team in action, my team has been moved to action,” said Ray Lipsky, Dell EMC Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Data Protection Solutions. “The credentials of TPI’s coaches read like a who’s who of impressive life achievements — from military special operations to PhDs. More importantly, they reinforced the intrinsic values we highly regard in our leadership team. Not only is my team more driven to improve their organizational performance, but they’re more empowered in their personal lives as well. The level at which TPI operates is higher than anyone else we’ve partnered with.”

Looking forward to 2019 and beyond, TPI plans to continue building its roster of speakers and coaches as well as introduce a stronger digital presence to make the organizations’ workshops more accessible through webinars and more. As TPI expands its products, it will continue to stay true to its core offerings and clients who have spurred its growth in such a short time.

“We started strong in 2016, with one primary goal: to make a positive impact on the companies that trust us to train them. Mission accomplished. Two years later, our clients have seen bottom-line results, higher talent retention and increased morale. We’re now traveling around the world to help improve their teams on a global level,” said Sanchez.

Recently adding several members to the TPI team, clients can depend on a broad spectrum of highly qualified and vibrant speakers. They include:
