Laura is the Director of Impact for Team Performance Institute, and an administrative ninja with over 20 years of experience. Laura considers communication to be one of her strong suits and thrives when getting to know new people. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on English, Social Science, and Communication from the University of Texas at El Paso. She dabbles in home renovation, owns her own company, New To You Properties, and is also a certified yoga instructor.

As a military spouse, she has gotten to call a lot of places home in the past few years (4 moves in 6 years!), but is hoping that Riverview, Florida will be where they drop paperwork to retire. When she’s not having fun at work, you can find her having fun with her wonderful husband, Ryan, their two girls (Lakely and Savannah), and two pups, or at a Social Club meeting in their neighborhood Homeowner’s Association. She is an avid home cook, gardener, reader, and fantastic putt-putter.
