 At Cisco, Shelly built a regional sales culture where there was a true understanding of each other’s unique strengths which were leveraged to create the most effective teams possible. In the often high-stress world of high-tech sales, her teams consistently achieved peak performance while maintaining an environment of balance, well-being, and belonging. 

 Throughout Shelly’s sales leadership career, her teams became destination teams where others wanted to be. Shelly led, mentored, motivated, influenced, challenged, and inspired hundreds of employees, partners, and leaders around her to identify and step into their most powerful strengths and talents to create exceptional outcomes. 

 Shelly studied Political Science at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach and holds ACC credentials with the International Coaching Federation. Shelly has completed ongoing training including the Neuroscience of Change and Positive Intelligence.
