Vivi Fiedotin is an experienced Facilitator, Trainer, and Executive Coach who partners with her clients as they set out on a journey of self-exploration. She is passionate about people finding meaning and connection in their relationships and work life by helping them identify new perspectives and embrace a growth mindset.

Vivi has facilitated workshops and leadership development programs in Fortune 500 companies such as Ford Motors Argentina, Ernst & Young, Coca Cola Femsa (Argentina and Uruguay), and Toyota. She is an expert Facilitator in myriad of topics including Effective Communication, Leadership, Personal Branding, Teamwork, Diversity and Inclusion and Public Speaking. She has implemented strategic coaching programs, facilitated team-building activities, and managed Train the Trainers workshops in Latin America and around the world.

Vivi is a very curious individual and passionate about learning and development, which is evidenced in her education. Her accreditations include: Argentine School of NLP and Coaching, International Coaching Federation, certified user of Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis, and is currently obtaining training in Family Constellations. Vivi started her career in English language at an early age. She has a degree as an English Teacher as a foreign language and is a Professional Simultaneous Interpreter.

Vivi lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with her family and their long-haired chihuahua. She loves reading, new tech, listening to her oldest daughter’s band and eating her younger daughter ́s pastries.
