Madalyn Scipione

TPI Executive Coach

Madalyn Scipione is a multi-certified executive leadership coach who brings a grounded, real-world approach to personal and professional growth. With a background that spans nonprofit business development, IT sales, and client relations, Madalyn understands the demands and dynamics of leadership from multiple angles — as a corporate professional, a business owner, and a lifelong learner. Before launching her coaching practice, Madalyn worked as an Account Executive, specializing in building strong client relationships and driving business development. These experiences, along with her years of entrepreneurial work, inform the practical and relational style she brings to her coaching. She is a certified professional coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University. In addition to her formal training, Madalyn is certified in several healing and neuroscience-based modalities — including somatic therapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy® — which she integrates into her work to support deeper, sustainable growth. These approaches complement her belief in addressing the whole person, not just the professional title. Clients value Madalyn for her presence, insight, and ability to meet them wherever they are on their journey. She brings deep care, practical wisdom, and a steady hand to her coaching relationships. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Madalyn now lives in Dallas, TX with her husband of 25 years and their two nearly grown children.
