Bridget Ruiz
Bridget is an accomplished executive performance coach at Team Performance Institute. As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, she held various roles including Basic Dive Officer, Surface Warfare Officer, and Steam Engineer. Bridget's naval career was marked by notable achievements, representing the United States in the Military Olympics and winning two individual gold medals. She also led her team to three world championships. Bridget is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a member of their Athletic Hall of Fame. With her coaching methodology that blends military leadership lessons and elite athletic experience, she helps clients enhance their peak performance. Bridget is an entrepreneur, community leader, and actively involved in organizations such as the COMMIT Foundation and Naval Academy Women's Network.
