Dr. Norma Fiedotin

Norma Fiedotin brings nearly two decades of experience in building healthy teams and unlocking the potential of C-suite leaders. As a partner at Team Performance Institute since 2018, Norma is a skilled business psychologist specializing in fostering best-in-class experiences for teams and leaders. She excels in assessing individuals for senior roles, supporting executives during transitions, and providing extended executive coaching. Norma's expertise lies in developing collaborative, accountable, and engaged teams, with a focus on talent selection, culture integration, strategic execution, and effective leadership. With a diverse client portfolio spanning manufacturing, healthcare, technology, finance, and more, Norma has cultivated executive coaching practices that drive transformational change and achieve success. Prior to joining Team Performance Institute, Norma held significant roles at Leadership Alliance, Inc., and RHR International, working with Fortune 500 companies and leading strategic planning and team-building initiatives. Norma holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Northwestern University and a master's and doctorate in clinical psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. Fluent in Spanish, she resides in Oakland, California, enjoying theater, nature, travel, horse riding, and cherished time with family and friends.

Lacey Sladky

Lacey is an experienced ICF-certified executive coach specializing in corporate leadership development and C-level executive performance coaching. With a strong foundation in leadership cultivated during her time as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer deployed in the Arabian Gulf, Lacey brings over 20 years of expertise to her coaching practice. She has held executive leadership positions in the technology and communications sectors, and she holds a Master of Science degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego School of Business. Lacey's coaching focuses on career transition, personal growth, and building high-performing teams. She is passionate about mentoring youth through the Travis Manion Foundation and supporting veterans in transition through the COMMIT Foundation. Lacey resides in Annapolis, Maryland, enjoying time on the water, traveling with her family, cooking, cheering on her children in sports, and hiking with her dogs.
