Coleman Ruiz

Coleman is a multi-faceted individual with an impressive background. He is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and former officer in the Naval Special Warfare community (U.S. Navy SEALs), serving for 13 years on active duty with multiple combat deployments. Coleman's experience includes troop and joint task force command, as well as assignments in U.S. Embassies. He has also held various roles in Naval Special Warfare training schools, including director positions. Coleman is a Co-founder and Principal at the Mission Critical Team Institute (MCTI), focusing on the development and research of small, highly skilled teams. Additionally, he works as a Partner with the Liminal Collective, collaborating with elite individuals and organizations to solve complex problems. In the business sector, Coleman serves as a General Partner at Anchor Capital Holdings, LLC, where he has guided the turnaround of portfolio companies. He has also been involved in training and advising collegiate teams and professional athletic organizations. Coleman holds degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy and the Naval Postgraduate School.
